This Activation Fee secures priority scheduling for your LEADERSHIP system, reserves delivery capacity, and initiates engagement planning. It is credited against the final agreed Leverage fee once scope, format, timing and delivery details are confirmed.
The Activation Fee is non-refundable, except where BEPIVOTA is unable to deliver the engagement, in which case it will be refunded in full.
Rescheduling requests may be accommodated at BEPIVOTA’s discretion and subject to availability.
Additional charges may apply where scope, format, location, audience requirements, or delivery complexity materially change.
Final commercial terms, delivery scope, and scheduling are confirmed directly with BEPIVOTA before the engagement is fully activated.
